The Impact of Legal Resource Factors on Social Entrepreneurship

This study is a quantitative research study exploring the impact of legal resources on social entrepreneurship in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KPK), Pakistan. The legal resources, including regulatory frameworks, intellectual property rights, contract enforcement and government legal support are very important in defining the operational environment of social enterprises. A total of 246 respondents who represented different social entrepreneurs all over KPK were used to collect data using a structured questionnaire. The study employed statistical methods such as correlation and regression analysis to determine the degree to which the social entrepreneurship growth and sustainability are dependent on the legal factors. The results indicate that there is a strong positive correlation between the factors related to the legal resources and social entrepreneurship, which implies that the favorable legal systems boost the entrepreneurial activity with the social aim. The research will be very helpful in informing the policy makers and development practitioners to enhance legal frameworks that promote a favorable environment in the region to promote social innovation and enterprise development.
