Licensing Policy

This Licensing Policy governs the rights and responsibilities associated with the publication of original research and review articles in the "Journal of Management Science Research Review" (JMSRR).

1. Copyright and Ownership

• Authors retain copyright of their published articles.
• Upon acceptance for publication, authors grant JMSRR a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide license to publish, reproduce, transmit, distribute, and translate the article in all formats and media, including print and electronic.
• Authors are encouraged to share their work through personal and institutional repositories, making reference to the original publication in JMSRR.

2. License Options

JMSRR offers two licensing options for authors:

• Open Access: This option allows anyone to access, download, copy, distribute, and print the article, subject to the Creative Commons Attribution CC BY 4.0 license. Under this license, authors retain copyright and grant others the right to freely reuse the article with appropriate attribution.
• Subscription Access: This option makes the article accessible only to paid subscribers of JMSRR. Authors retain copyright but grant JMSRR exclusive rights to publish and distribute the article for a limited period. After the embargo period, the article may be made available under an open access license.

3. Author Warranties and Representations

Authors warrant that:

• Their article is original and does not infringe any copyright or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
• They have obtained all necessary permissions for the use of any copyrighted material included in the article.
• The article has not been previously published elsewhere in its entirety.
• All authors listed have contributed significantly to the work and agree to its publication.
